Altamont basketball plays Indian Springs tonight at home in the Patton Gym. The JV game will start at 4:30 and Varsity at 6:15 p.m.
Altamont’s Varsity is 2-2 on the season with wins at LAMP (Montgomery) and a lopsided win at home versus Holy Family this past Tuesday, and losses at home to Tarrant and Fultondale. Indian Springs’ Varsity is 3-1 with a win at Fayetteville and a win at Jefferson Christian Academy in addition to a home win versus Victory Christian, and a loss at Fultondale.
Altamont’s most recent win came this past Tuesday versus Holy Family with a final score of 68-50. The game was close going into halftime until Altamont blew Holy Family out in the second half in a game that was chippy throughout, especially from the Holy Family side. The visiting team had to end the fourth quarter with only four players on the court because so many of their players fouled out.
Students can get into tonight's game against Indian Springs for free and Altamont parents and families have to pay for tickets using this link. Only one ticket is needed for both JV and Varsity games.
